Qi Gong Instruction: Qi Gong is an ancient healing physical practice designed to build and move Qi (energy, life force) in your body, thereby promoting health and wellness in body and mind. The movements are simple and attainable for all bodies. This practice is great for pain relief, gastro intestinal discomfort, mental/emtional issues, stress, insomnia and much much more. It is said that Qi Gong is like doing acupuncture to yourself…without the needles!

Meditation: 20 minute, hands on (or off), partially guided meditation. While you are comfortably seated in a chair, my hands placed gently on your shoulders (not mandatory), I will guide you through a relaxation and meditation practice. Time will be given for you to ask any questions you might have regarding meditation, and I will make personalized suggestions as to how to practice and incorporate a regular meditation practice into your daily routine.
